You’ll need to be able to work in a fast paced environment; juggle a range of office admin responsibilities and one administrator will have specific responsibility for being the front face of the business by providing reception and switchboard support. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Office Administration-
• Managing office facilities and supplies
• Processing Branch orders such as Stationary, catering, kitchen supplies
• Ordering IT equipment
• Manage and maintain mobile phone orders
• VC equipment, set up and assistance
• Addressing building related issues
• Assisting with new starters, workstation/IT set up/new starter packs
• Assisting social functions when required
• Cover for other admin roles including reception
• Facilitate travel bookings
Reception –
• Manage open/close of Reception
• Welcome visitors and facilitate sign in/security
• Manage Parking Permits / Coordinate with Corporate Facilities
• Process Access cards Orders / Record Cards
• Monitor the “travel inbox” and facilitate travel bookings for business unit staff
• Issue staff parking passes and maintain register
• Meeting Room Coordination / Bookings including VC meetings
• Update Security and Parking logs
• Organise archiving
• Manage and maintain mobile phone orders
• Process Internal / External Mail/Couriers
• Cover for admin team members when required (Annual Leave or Sick Leave).

The ideal applicants will have current experience in a similar position or now looking to step up as your current organization doesn’t have the scope to offer you such an opportunity. You will possess strong organizational, planning and coordination skills plus the ability to work independently and as a member of a team. You will also have advanced MS Office skills. Interested applicants must also possess 2+ years reception/administrative experience, QuickBooks experience, a team player, a professional, confident and have attention to detail.
