Marketing Graduate Opportunity at SAB


Introduction

A vacancy has become available for a Marketing Graduate at South African Breweries in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the team, on the full spectrum of administrative duties including but not limited to the list below:



• Manages logistics for meetings (e.g. books rooms, sets up telecons)
• Takes minutes at meetings when requested and distributes to all participants.
• Support the management of travel arrangements for the team
• Assists in monitoring spend in cost centre and provides input into commentary.
• Administer all training/skills development documentation
• Filing Scanning of documentation when required
• Managing the PTP Process. Create purchase orders and do GRN’s on SAP / Phasing’s / JV’s
• Manage operating budgets and expenses
• Procurement of stationary and other operating essentials
• Arrange and book virtual meetings via telephone, video and tele-presence conferencing facilities
• Arrange workshops, sourcing and booking of venues
• Manage the collation of documents for meetings and presentations
• Be responsible for department filing integrity
• Arrange travel/ hotel/ car reservations and Forex where required
• Handling of incoming calls
• Assist with the preparation of presentation material
• Ensuring the office area and clean desk policy is adhered to
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of market research material
• Capturing of basic market/ing information
• General Reporting
• Expense Mileage Claims administration
• Creating FBI`s Agency Quarterly Beer
• Arranging collection and deliveries
• Office Printer Maintenance


Requirements




• MS Office proficiency
• Honours Student in Marketing
• Sound interpersonal / communication skills and the ability to liaise with Senior Management and external stakeholders is required
