Senmin is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work in Sasolburg.
Senmin supplies a range of chemicals used in the beneficiation of minerals. Most of its products are utilised in the froth flotation and tailings treatment segments of the mining industry in South Africa, Southern Africa and further afield. In addition, Senmin provides customers with value-adding expertise in the handling and dosage of its products.
Duties Responsibilities
• General duties include reception, switchboard, filing, photocopying, receiving sending of faxes and e-mails.
• Assist SHE Manager with issuing of personal equipment (P.P.E.).
• Assist SHE Manager with calculating man hours.
• Assist SHE Manager with SHE reports (when required).
• Document control.
• Create templates.
• Relief for receptionist.
• Ordering of stationary and domestic office requirements.
• Welcome visitors from reception with refreshments if applicable.
• Catering and function arrangements.
• Arranging the internal and external distribution of correspondence and deliveries.
• Coordination of the payroll function.
• Liaison with Human Capital.
• Expediting of Engineering spares.
Qualifications Experience
• Grade 12 / Maths.
• Post matric administration qualification will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years office experience.
• Experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
• Must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
