The incumbent will be responsible for taking in and processing of customer orders, this includes planning the order on the production line, expediting production, organizing of loads and expediting deliveries to customers as per the communicated target dates. The process also includes the capturing of sales orders quotations on the system and to customers and to handle all other related customer queries (inclusive or price, POD and quantity related queries). This position serves as a supporting function to other divisions (internal customers) and to the external sales teams. The position should be able to handle the more complex customer requirements (either from a customer interaction point of view and/or from a technical point of view).
