We have a vacancy in our Food Innovation Department for a New Product Development Manager, reporting into the Senior New Product Development Manager. The role will be responsible for developing new products as presented by the Marketing Brief in order to answer to Consumer needs that are prescribed by Consumer Insights. To utilize the 4D (DEDVIM) process in the development and launching of new products according to the marketing calendar. To sign off production lines on new products for market test and launch. To ensure compliance in terms of restricted ingredients list (global alignment) and legislation and to leverage the cross functional team’s abilities in order to execute on the innovation calendar, ensuring that Supply Chain, QA, Food Safety and Financial requirements are considered and met.
Key responsibilities:

Requirements:
Education:
- Qualification in Food Science
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years’ experience in Product Development and a sound technical background in Food Technology
- QA/ Food Safety knowledge advantageous
- Food Regulatory knowledge advantageous
