- HR Budget
- Manage HR expense payments
- Manage salary increases
- Manage bonuses
- Manage HR expenses
- Manage Remuneration and benefits
Talent Management
Identify and manage competencies together with business
Identify talent needs and conduct workforce planning
Develop talent acquisition strategy for your portfolio of clients
Manage EVP
Conduct stay and exit interviews for retention
Understand specific talent segments within business
Together with business, manage career paths and succession of employees
Together with business, identify and segment High Potential Employees
Draw up offer of employment and contract of employment
Facilitate creation of job profiles and KPA’s for all positions in the business
Onboarding
Ensure employees are loaded on the HR Management Information System
Provided HR advice in line with the HR policies and procedures as well as statutory requirements
Complete HR reports in line with team deadlines
Manage and present on your National HR portfolio
Performance Management and development
Facilitate the performance management process with business
Advise the business on learning and Development for employees
Manage employee engagement through actively seeking feedback from the business, (workshops, surveys, focus groups etc)
