Relevant diploma or degree from a recognised instituteProgression through various positions and at least 3-4 years managerial experience (2-3 years experience in an HR Management role for a hotel mandatory and not neg)Thorough knowledge of modern HR tools techniquesExcellent communication skillsExcellent people management skillsKnowledge on the statutory laws related to HR
Key Responsibilities:
Develop integrate unit HR strategies within the framework of Corporate HR strategiesSupport departments in developing leadership capabilitiesCreate a proactive, fair firm Industrial relations cultureMonitor coordinate with Corp HR for career succession planning.Monitor HR scorecard in order to align assess the HR deliverables in relation to the business objectivesIdentify develop key communities plan their support, Analyze current activities and ensure improvement in social and environmental performance where appropriateDrive internal communication channelsMaintain excellent liaison relationship with local government bodies, union leadership industry associationsReinforce learning development initiatives in the unit through supporting individual team development, career development, training, experience based learningInteract with the GM HODs on a daily basis in areas of manpower planning, people development, industrial relations, provide appropriate support to the Operational departmentsImplement Employee Satisfaction surveys ensure the results are communicated follow up on the action plans.Implement the Performance management systemRationalize manpower utilization carryout appropriate rightsizing activitiesEnsure compliance of all statutory non-statutory HR aspects for fulfilment of corporate governance.
