The successful candidate needs to have great people skills , excellent communication skills , sales experience , live locally in the area they are applying to work in, driver’s licence and own transportation , and the ambition to succeed in a sales role .
Training will be provided for those entering the industry. Please note that the first 3 – 6 months of your legislative training (internship) will be financially trying and you should be in the financial position to survive the first few months potentially without an income . However, once you start selling properties, your earning potential rises exponentially.
