Exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and driven individual to take up the challenge of a SAPS Regional Coordinator in a demanding environment. We would require Regional Coordinator in Free State Province. The position will be fixed term contracts ( 3 year contract) on a full time basis, reporting to the respective Regional Wellness Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric/ Grade 12 qualification
- Tertiary qualifications in social science/ wellness will be advantageous
- Minimum requirement is 2 to 4 years’ experience in a project administratorion/co-ordinator role with exposure in client services
- Soft skills required – client service focus, communication, listening, decision-making, logical thinking, ability to work independently, use initiative and with minimal supervision required
- Must have own transport to travel between Client sites, to attend meetings, and events – cannot be dependent on public transport
- Strong events and project management skills – essential
- Must have strong customer relations background, to engage with SAPS members, SAPS management of the region
THE WORK YOU NEED TO DELIVER
- To ensure smooth and efficient operations within MHRM regional wellness days that meets SAPS client expectations.
- To oversee the administration / coordination of MHRM Regional Helpdesks, regional activities for the client and service provider
- To manage the Regional Helpdesk Agents operating from MHG’s regional activities
- To establish key relationships with SAPS members within the region and provide a personalized service to personnel within the employer group thereby building professional relationships of trust, respect and honesty
- To be actively involved in employee wellness awareness campaigns and other relevant campaigns.
- To keep accurate record of key information
- To compile accurate reports and dashboards and ensure timeous submission of reports to relevant stakeholders.
