The store manager’s main duties include:
Drive turnover
Control expenses and stock losses
Manage, motivate and train staff
Manage merchandise
A finesse for visual merchandise presentation
To be considered for this role you would need:
Figure and admin orientated
Organised and efficient
Profit driven
A strategic thinker
A trader at heart
A previous retail manager
Preference will be given, but not limited to designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
