Job description
1.End-to-end management of change and deployment process
2.To be responsible for all Change Management activities such as form and chair Change Advisory Board (CAB), review and process Request For Changes (RFCs), maintain and manage change schedule, assess and improve quality of RFC content, ensure accurate priority and urgencies are assigned, all changes are recorded and closed in time
3.Manage and improve the change management processes keeping the best practices such as ITIL in mind
4.Develop , manage and report on KPIs for change management process; identify improvement opportunities and carry out improvement initiatives
5.Periodic review of the processes and frequent trainings to staff to ensure the highest degree of compliance with the defined and changed process
6.To liase with all levels of management from customer and internal organization about change schedules, priority, completion of work orders and report on process performance
7.To ensure audit findings for change and deployment process are recorded, tracked and resolved in a timely manner
8.Publish report on individual resources performance in execution of changes and deployments
9.Perform additional service delivery management activities when assigned
Experience
Exepert level of understanding and some official recognition for proficiency in best practice methodologies such as ITIL, eTOM etc
Should have 4+ years of experience in Change Management
Minumun 8 years of hands on experience in working for service provider or international level IT or telecom company
Demonstrated leadership skills; proven track record of managing team with respect to timelines and quality
Expertise to identify key areas of improvement , develop improvement plans and execute improvement initiatives
Presentation skills to present periodical (weekly, Monthly, Yearly etc.) reports on change management, improvements required and future plans to the management
Result and value driven professional
Execellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Working for an international telecommunication company will be an asset
Qualification
Degree in computer science or IT or Telecommunication or equivalent
