Project Finance Controller

Job description
1. Conducting project estimation, budgeting, accounting, and final accounting: Implement project estimation, budgeting, budget execution management, final accounting, and other financial activities at the OTC stage.
•(1) Organize design of financial solutions, assist in solution review, identify key operation assumptions and risks, prepare project estimation, and support sales decision-making and contract negotiation with customers.
•(2) Prepare the project budget, clarify the project operation target, and help implement the project operation responsibilities of key roles of a project.
•(3) Manage project budget execution through project budget authorization, project forecasting, project accounting, and project operation analysis; track the implementation of SDT’s decisions, monitor the closure of key assumptions and risks, and help achieve the project operation target.
•(4) Organize project final accounting and staged accounting, prepare the final accounting report, summarize lessons learned, and support performance evaluation and motivation of the project team and key roles of the project.
2. Finance’s professional activities: Organize management of financial elements, track execution of financial solutions, manage financial risks, and realize financial values.
•(1) Through integration of financial elements, provide professional financial solutions, identify and prevent financial risks.
•(2) Track execution of financial solutions, formulate and implement corrective measures for financial problems in project implementation, and monitor financial risks.
3. Managing data quality: Align with the CIAG project, improve the quality of project financial data and business data, ensure financial processes compliance in project operation, and promote the internal control maturity (ICM) of non-financial processes in projects.
•(1) Identify businesses and data sources affecting the quality of project operation data, create a system for measuring the project data quality and formulate relevant evaluation criteria, periodically report the measurement result, and monitor the implementation of measures for improving data quality.
•(2) Manage integration and compliance of financial processes of direct sales projects with other financial processes.
•(3) By analyzing the key data and indicators affecting CIAG, reveal project operation problems and risks, and promote the ICM of non-financial processes in projects.
4. Calling up financial resources: Mobilize financial resources by project and evaluate the project outputs of the resources.
•Identify the key problems and difficulties of financial management in project operation, summon relevant financial resources for projects, and evaluate the contribution and value of the resources to project operation.
Experience
At least 2 years practical experience in telecom industry
Qualification
•Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance and auditing
•Strongly communication capability, execution and team collaboration.
•Good English in both oral and writing
•Good Computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, be familiar with basic function(such as Vlookup, Sumifs, Isna, And, Or)and PivotTable, Chart
•High potential and learning capability
