Rubberstamp’s persona specific marketing has the purpose of improving SEO, increasing organic leads (trial sign ups) and to specialise advertising for a specific target market. By following the guides in our brand manual, all communication done by the copywriter should be in the voice of Rubberstamp.Required Skills

Highly creative, imaginative and easy going personality, that means – being awesome.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy.

Understand the language style that appeal to a specific target market (persona).

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (that’s what it’s all about).

Be an awesome team player and be able to collaborate with co-workers.

Be able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.

Be highly self-motivated and well organised – Be yourself, be amazing.

Be able to see other people’s points of view and take on board feedback i.e Don’t be a grouch.

Work within strict budgets.

Have a sharp eye for detail.

Possess good leadership, people and project management skills.

Excellent computer skills i.e know how to “rock” the pc.

Main Activities

Participate in meetings to discuss progress, share your brilliant ideas and thoughts.

Write and publish at least 3 blog articles per week.

Curate, edit and publish at least 1 blog article by a co-worker per week.

Promote at least 4 blog articles on social media per week.

Write press releases, advertising copy, advertising emails and ebooks as necessary.

Compile monthly newsletters with existing content.

Perform other marketing functions as required.Coordinate with lead generators and manage persona specific outbound email campaign.
