Competence Requirements
• Minimum relevant 3 year tertiary qualification Marketing / Commercial / Supply Chain Degree or Diploma
• 2-3 years Marketing / Supply Chain /Commercial experience in a FMCG environment
• Advanced MS Suite skills
• Valid Code 8/EB driving licence
Output and Accountabilities
• Achieve pre-determined sales/brands and market share targets
• Influence retail pricing within segments
• Maintain stock levels within segments
• Develop self towards management opportunity
• Develop sound business relationships
• Conduct regular account reviews
• Handle Customer and Consumer queries
• Manage product quality in relation to quality standards
• Determine functional planning objectives
• Develop sound customer relationships
• Rotate across Channel Marketing, Category Management and Sales Activation units
