Role discription:
The PSR is responsible for effectively managing a designated territory by detailing, selling and promoting a specific product range and achieving set financial targets.
Territory Management: Territory analysis, identification of high potential areas, establishing and maintenance of client relationships, management of budgets, identification and reporting of opportunities.
Detailing?Selling: Implementing of selling strategies, meeting customer’s requirements, promoting the company’s products
Territory administration: Complying to relevant prescried organizational and operational procedures, maintaining sales statistics Minimum requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Agriculture/Veterinary/Science
Previous sales experience in the Animal Health industry would be preferable
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry (animal health)
Computer literacy
Confidence and commitment
Grade 12
