Our client is looking for young male and female SA citizens to apply for their Business Administration Learnership training programme.
The aim of this learnership is to provide selected individuals with the valuable work experience. Apart from practical hands-on work experience and skills gained, learners will benefit from being exposed to the world of work. Upon completion of the Learnership, learners will be better prepared for a work role in the business world. Educational Requirements
- Must be between the ages of 19 – 30
- Certified Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
- Certified copy of ID
- Applicants must not have completed a tertiary qualification before
- Applicants must not have completed a learnership programme in the past
Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Well-presented and spoken
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- Fluency in English and Numerical Skills will be an added advantage
- Applicants must be unemployed
- No formal workplace experience required but Administration background is an added advantage
For the duration of training, learners must be in Gauteng. The learnership is for a period of 12 months (November 2016 – October 2017) and learners will be on an employment contract with a probation period of 12 months. A monthly stipend for the duration of the 12 months, training and support will be provided to successful candidates.
