You shall be reporting to a Contracts Manager and shall be working on building projects that include learning centres, workshops, laboratories and other educational facilities as well as large commercial building projects and residential building projects
B.Tech or building degree or diploma is essential
You shall be required to obtain a police clearance certificate, yellow fever inoculation and will have a valid passport
Responsibilities shall include:
Manage multiple building sites, site staff and local labor to complete projects
Drawing interpretation and distribution
Programing
Queries on drawings to consultants and Contracts Manager
Payments and evaluations
Quotations and approvals
Weekly progress report
Profit and loss reporting
Human Resource management
General admin work, material ordering and material received reconciliation
Asset control and tools / equipment procurement
