Responsible to execute administrative tasks relating to training and development/HR and be the custodian of the administration processes within the coastal region.
Education and experience required
- Matric
- 2 years’ experience in administration (advantageous)
- MS Office
Knowledge Skills and Competencies required
- Excellent communication skills
- Good people skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to a changing environment
- Excellent articulation and command of the English language
- Attention to detail
- Deadline driven
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Filing of all relevant contracts and all documentation relating to learnerships, graduates, In-services trainees and other SETA initiatives
- Liaising with stakeholders to collate submission documentation
- Capturing of all training that has taken place in the department’s database/ ATR Reporting
- General Administration
- Coordinate all H.S.E training
- Preparing training materials/manuals when required for training
- At critical times, overtime work may be required to ensure timelines are met.
