Social Insights Analyst – BrandsEye

We’re looking for a Social Insights Analyst to help us deliver insightful and compelling online monitoring analysis. Our existing clients include some of South Africa’s largest brands.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Analyse qualitative data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
  • Produce compelling weekly and monthly reports for existing and new customers
  • Provide meaningful insights to customers based on findings

Experience Required

  • Enthusiastic, hard worker, strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must possess a love for digital and a passion for marketing, brand strategy, communications or advertising.
  • Must have a deep interest in how individuals and groups behave.
  • Sufficient undergraduate or postgraduate qualification (or a great story of experiences).
  • Must have the ability and drive to learn quickly.
  • Must work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines

Qualification Required

. * Sufficient undergraduate or postgraduate qualification (Social science or marketing preference)

  • Experience in human behavioral science an advantage * 2-3 years prior work experience in research / social / consulting industry
  • 2-3 years prior work experience in research / social / consulting industry

Computer Skills Required

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
