Accountable to drive an effective skills development strategy and interventions aligned with organisation specific requirements. Fully understand scarcity of skills and built capability to close the gap through an effective skills learning system. Skills Development Facilitator for Nestle South Africa as required by the National Skills Development Legislation.

Methodology:
Establish and follow through on the market ET Pillar master plan.

Lead and support the correct methodology to meet training requirements in the factories.

Provide alignment between all factories and initiatives (strategy, activities, indicators)

Identify key issues and factories needs.

Capture and deploy best practices in the market.

Work with the market leaders to establish the needs of ET in terms of budget and resources to support TPM implementations.

Deploy ET Pillar across factories (apply ET main roles: methodology, training and coaching).

Promote and align ET methodology and approach within partners and across factories.

Promote best practice cross-fertilization within and between factories.

Agree with Market Technical Manager and Head of HR initiatives, priorities, objectives and timetable.

Seeks for market alignment.

Training Coaching:
Ensure ET Pillar training material and tools provided at global level are translated and available at factory level and are clearly understood.

Provide training on Pillar methodology and tools to Factory Pillar Leaders and CO relevant functions.

Develop ET competence plan and the necessary trainers.

Align ET strategy to cover all training needs in NCE in the factories and ensure that all factories training materials are aligned.

Coach Support ET Pillar Leader on Factory level in terms of TPM.

Check adherence of the factories to ET methodology, support them, and assure ET drivers actions through regular follow-up and visits.

Coach Factory Pillar Leaders and CO relevant functions in terms of ET Methodology.

Guarantee that the Factory Pillar Leaders are prepared to deliver ET trainings using Train the Trainer tool.

Foster the self-development attitude and approach for all levels of the market.

Feedback for HR Functional Leader or HR Manager and for TPM Market/ Region Coordinator Manager further training material and tools improvement.

Holistic training strategy for the division.

Management Assessment:
Drive ET Pillar within the market.

Perform the follow-up of Market Master plan of ET.

Create and apply management routines for ET Pillar at market level.

Perform market deployment and launch teams to tackle common man and method losses.

Manage market ET drivers and KPIs and check its evolution at market level.

Develop and participate in the assessment process for ET Pillar to ensure the right application of methods and tools.

Lead assessor for ET Pillar market assessment.

Track market progress towards the established ET target.

Facilitate established tracking processes for employees’ progress training plans.

Identify best practices, promote and estimulate copy-paste process.

Align TPM needs to the training corporate guide.

Raise other development needs related to HR to fit with TPM requirements.

Communicate ET Pillar results within TPM Manager, market leaders and ET Global Master Pillar Leader.

National Skills Development Facilitator:
Manages and Coordinates the compilation and implementation of Workplace Skills plan and Workplace Implementation reports.

Implements the Skills Development Act and Skills Development Levies Act legislative requirements

Maximizes skills development levy rebates by ensuring that all the skills development legislative are met.

Works with, liaises and influences the SETA and other related bodies to ensure that Nestle’s interests are promoted and protected.

Provides overall guidance to training activities in area of skills development, audits and compiles quarterly reports.

Submit annual BEE reports with recommendations.
