Reporting to the Merchant Manager, the sBux Support Officer will be responsible for supporting the
registration of sBux merchants at each of the University TVET Colleges where NSFAS provides funding
to students.

- Support the processes for the signup, management and termination of registered merchants
- Test the processes and the interfaces to Celbux
- Support the process for merchant take on, including merchant training material
- Support the roll-out plan to ensure that merchants have been signed up for each of the campuses
before February 2017
- Support a number of roll-out teams who will visit the various campuses and sign up and train
merchants
- Work to a budget for the roll-out
- Work closely with the roll-out teams and feedback from the institutions and merchants to support
the fine-tuning of the processes
DESIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE
Minimum requirements
- Matric with a 3 year post-matric qualification
- 5 years in an administrative, project management or customer service environment
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Must be prepared to travel nationally to the Universities and TVETs, and national merchants full
time for the duration of the project, and following the project on a regular basis
Beneficial skills and experience
- Technical skills to support the usage of the sBux/Celbux application
- Understanding and experience of the higher and further education and training sector in South
Africa;
Competencies
- Skilled and confident communicator, capable of effectively engaging stakeholders;
- Excellent writing and presentation skills in English and other official languages;
- Able to work independently, as well as within a team;
- Able to work under pressure and display initiative;
- Organised and able to meet deadlines.
REMUNERATION BENEFITS
Remuneration Package: An annual package of R 289,336 to R 423,252
Total Cost to Company per annum inclusive of all benefits and company
contributions.
