Executive Assistant – Zoona

We are looking for an exceptional and best-in-class assistant to manage the lives of our Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Government and Regulatory Affairs Manager and enable them to focus on further developing this unique business that helps communities thrive.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You need to be an administrative ninja. Your primary responsibilities are handling detailed meeting planning, complex travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and workshops, managing speaking engagement schedules and logistics and managing international delegate and investor visits. We are looking for a bright, organised and eager professional who is seeking the opportunity of a lifetime, to be part of a mission that is positively changing the future. You will support our executives and in addition to this, you will have the opportunity of working closely with visionary leaders in a people cultured business.

Responsibilities in this role:
Be exceptional at what you do!

Be super organized and proactive with solutions

Anticipate the Executive’s needs

Create a trusting relationship with the exec

Handle hectic and complex calendars

Manage complex national and international travel arrangements and co-ordination of appointments

Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with excellent judgement and discretion

Develop and maintain administrative processes

Move fast and make things happen (things at Zoona happens fast)

Manage social media profiles

Coordinate and manage speaking event schedules and logistics with internal and external resources

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Capabilities, Knowledge Traits:
4+ years of experience and excellent track record in an administrative role

Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Positive attitude in stressful situations

Organisation

Attention to detail

Strong scheduling and calendar management skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Thinking on your feet

Flexibility

Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions

Strong business acumen

Manage schedules

Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills
