Responsibilities

• Willingness to undergo intensive on-the-job training and other related training
• Providing support to the production process with adequate levels of availability and reliability
• Attaining practical and theoretical experience
• Completion of all modules based on the modular system of training
• In light of the above the apprenticeship must be fulfilled within a minimum of a 3 year period
• Maintaining production/plant efficiencies (Output and Quality)
• Adherence to plant rules and regulations

Competences

• A good technical aptitude
• Computer literate(MS Office)
• A self-motivated team player
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and able to use own initiative
• Be prepared to work overtime/call-out when required
• Previous exposure to a high speed machine environment will be advantages
• Valid driver’s license will be an advantage
