As such, we need to employ top talent to support our key business functions.
The key performance areas will be:
- Delivery of the entire recruitment process (including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and placement of successful IT candidates),
- Proactive identification and research to identify potential candidates,
- Creative identification and utilization of alternative sourcing channels,
- Establishing positive relationships both internally and externally (E.g. Universities, Employment Agencies) to ensure effective communication, networking and benchmarking opportunities,
- Ensuring the delivery of a superior, consistent candidate experience
(in alignment with the TFG brand), - Manage and negotiate the offer process and ensure that all relevant and required documentation and information is completed and signed off,
- Regular report back on resourcing metrics,
- Involvement in defining and shaping the TFG Infotec recruitment strategy.
You should have:
- A relevant HR degree/diploma
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within IT recruitment
- Strong sense of urgency with a positive impact on delivery
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Sound business acumen
- High level of influence and credibility
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently, as well as within a team
- Customer service focused
- Detail focused
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Experience in MS Office suite
- CBR interviewing techniques
- Experience with Taleo advantageous
