We’re looking to add great new talent to our HR team. If you have an in-depth knowledge and experience of IT recruitment and you are committed to delivery and quality, then join our commitment to sourcing skilled IT professionals for our IT division. As such, we need to employ top talent to support our key business functions.

The key performance areas will be:

  • Delivery of the entire recruitment process (including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and placement of successful IT candidates),
  • Proactive identification and research to identify potential candidates,
  • Creative identification and utilization of alternative sourcing channels,
  • Establishing positive relationships both internally and externally (E.g. Universities, Employment Agencies) to ensure effective communication, networking and benchmarking opportunities,
  • Ensuring the delivery of a superior, consistent candidate experience

    (in alignment with the TFG brand),
  • Manage and negotiate the offer process and ensure that all relevant and required documentation and information is completed and signed off,
  • Regular report back on resourcing metrics,
  • Involvement in defining and shaping the TFG Infotec recruitment strategy.

You should have:

  • A relevant HR degree/diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within IT recruitment
  • Strong sense of urgency with a positive impact on delivery
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Sound business acumen
  • High level of influence and credibility
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently, as well as within a team
  • Customer service focused
  • Detail focused
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Experience in MS Office suite
  • CBR interviewing techniques
  • Experience with Taleo advantageous
