Matric qualification essential
3 years proven experience in a front line role, ideally within a similar 4/ 5 star facility
1-2 years team management experience ideally within a customer service environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer literacy in MS Office Suite
Be able to work shifts which includes weekends and public holidays

This is what you would do for us…
Manage and co-ordinate all reception and front of house functions
Ensure that all systems and procedures are implemented within the department
Oversee and manage the day-to-day administration and programming of all club activities
Be responsible for all accounting systems and procedures that are within the role of the reception team
Oversee all cash handling in line with club procedures
Act as Duty Manager on a weekly basis or as required
Effectively lead the front of house team
Manage and resolve all member complaints and concerns
