The Store Manager will be responsible for:
– Taking ownership of the store to sell the Sheet Street products
– Engaging with our customers on a daily basis. Your fun, energetic approach to life will see you leading your team by example and also driving an unforgettable customer experience. As part of your role you will be required to open and close the store, engage with the Area/Operations Manager regarding stock flow, stock shrinkage, maintaining visual standards, budget management, employee relations and recruitment.
The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for:
Assisting the Store manager with managing the store on a daily basis, Coming up with ways to ensure that targets are reached Assisting with budgets, stock loss management and targets Managing staff
The Store supervisor will be responsible for:
Supervising the store Being the 2IC of the store and leading staff on a daily basis Ensuring staff is made away of their targets and coming up with ways to reduce stock loss Ensuring sales are increased
Required of the above mentioned roles:
- Grade 12 (Essential)1-2 years supervisory/ management experience
– Able to travel to Mall of Africa
