The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales and management of skills development programmes within all sectors as well as the development and maintainance of strategic collaboration models within both the the Public and Private Sectors.
The role demands an energetic candidate who should have strong ICT training and skills development programmes experience (SAQA, QCTO and International Certification) as well as marketing and sales skills to grow the business and achieve challenging targets.
The ideal candidate for this position must be a self-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills, a high level of communication and negotiation skills and be a team player capable of using own initiative.
The role includes substantial local travel and the ideal candidate must be willing to manage programmes in various provinces and uncover new business opportunities on a natonal platform.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
× Appropriate tertiary qualification.
× Extensive knowledge of the IT training industry.
× Sales experience in the South African training sector (ICT Training would be advantageous)
× Minimum 3 years experience in the SAQA accredited training environment (Learnership/Internship)
× Experience in marketing and communication.
× A proven track record in sales and marketing of ICT skills development programmes
× Experience in tender processes.
× Assessor Qualification will be advantageous
× Team Management
× Financial Management (PL, Budgeting and Forecasting)
× Previous experience working with Sector SETA’s
