12 MonthConsulting Excellence internship program ‑ January to December each year
Internshipsinvolve the opportunity to work with Consulting professionals and leadershipand includes on the job shadowing. Graduates are brought in at an intern level for a 12 month program withthe opportunity to develop and progress to Consultants, Senior Consultants,Managers, Senior Managers, Associate Directors and Directors. The program entails the following as well astechnical training linked to Service lines. Each learningintervention fits within our professional development learning streams consistingof Instructorled, e-learning, ebooks and complementary learning:

Minimumrequirements
· Final year of study or Honours
· Minimum 65% academic qualifies
