MMI is offering an exciting 12-month internship opportunity to graduates who are enthusiastic and motivated, looking to gain experience. This position is based in the Centurion office.
THE INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Effective and efficient data capture and processing of new business documentation by applying standards, protocols and guidelines set
• Follow up on new business outstanding requirements to ensure efficiency in the operational process
• Liaise with customers with regards to any queries related to the new business process either telephonically or in writing
• Effectively resolve any queries received
• Adhere to organizational best practice and legislative requirements
• Identify tends, training gaps, risks and escalate accordingly
• Maintain a consistent service delivery to ensure client retention and satisfaction
• Engage in appropriate training interventions to promote own professional development
• Drive and support effective teamwork within the department
• Demonstrate the company’s values on a daily basis
THE APPLICANT SHOULD MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification (BCom/BAdmin/NDip)
• Good understanding of the industry would be an advantage as well as MS Office knowledge

• Good writing, communication, interpersonal and negotiating

• The ability to execute a variety of functions within a pressurised business office administrative environment
