This role will have direct responsibility for the revenue growth, service levels and customer relationship management of advertisers and advertising agencies from a digital advertising point of view, with revenue responsibility for digital advertising across the entire group portfolio.
You will also be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and retention across all allocated agencies / clients whilst driving revenue across a full digital product mix.

Requirements
Key knowledge
Digital revenue and customer relationship development for agencies and clients
Minimum requirements/qualifications
Matric or equivalent to matric
Qualification in sales, advertising or marketing will be advantageous
Exposure to online environment
Two years’ experience with proven track record
Minimum one year experience in online sales.
Key competencies/skills
Strong communications and inter-personal skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse operations and influence across different departments.
Strong digital exposure and knowledge
Good financial management and analytical skills
Knowledge of the automotive industry – an advantage
Knowledge of online media processes
Experience in advertising sales in online media
Minimum of two years’ sales experience in the advertising industry with a solid track record.
Ability to spot opportunities and sell concepts in a manner that is simple to understand.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately and autonomously under pressure.
Strong presentation and influencing skills with the ability to articulate compelling arguments and handle adversity.
A proven self-starter with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet the deadline/requirement.
Demonstrate excellent relationship-building to ensure wide support and buy-in.
