Duties include:
Client and learner liaison with regard to registering learners, sending course information, monitoring POE deadlines, scheduling FSA’s
Formatting training material and FSA’s (strong Word and PowerPoint)
Preparing FSA’s and publishing on on-line portal
Learnership roll-out planning
Preparing costing sheets, quotes and invoices
Registering learners with MerSETA
Project administration of deadlines for training interventions and other projects
Monitoring results for Competency Assessments and preparing reports (strong Excel)
Assist with grant enquiries
Answering the phone and handling client and supplier queries
Creating structure and procedures for dealing to accredited training
Scheduling facilitators, venues, etc
Overseeing assessment and moderation process
Personal Assistant to MD
Skills and experience required:
Detailed knowledge of Learnerships and skills programme delivery mechanisms
Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
Organised and methodical with a strong work ethic
Ability to work un-supervised
Project Administration experience
