Supervision of Lay and Adherence and Retention Counsellors
- Supervise Lay and Adherence and Retention Counsellors.
- Draft and keep monthly schedules.
- Ensure all staff has the necessary tools, equipment and material to ensure productivity.
- Visit staff regularly at facilities and meet with all staff at least monthly.
- Liaise with facilities where the subordinates are based
- Manage staff performance.
- Attend to complaints and take corrective actions.
- Collect, collate and consolidate reports on a weekly basis and submit narrative reports monthly.
- Collects and authorise timesheets.
- Ensure that regular in-service trainings are done.
- Keep staff up to date with development at Aurum.
Requirements:
- Enrolled Nurse or Social Auxillary Worker Qualifications
- Advantage: Bachelor’s degree in the Social or Health Sciences
- 2 years’ experience in HIV and AIDS and TB environment
- 2 years’ supervisory experience.
- Basic knowledge or training in general or project management.
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Driver’s Licence and Own car will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
