Context of the job:

The Primary focus of this job is to-

Key performance Objectives

• Taking orders over the phone
• Assisting customers with Queries
• Sending quotation to the customers
• Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Must be a peoples person and able to deal with pressure.
• Excellent attention to details and good numeracy/arithmetic skills.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Ability to accurately record customer requirement information.
• An outgoing personality and good communicator in English language
• Computer literacy including emails,
• Phoning customers and setting up dates for you to call on them

MINIMUM SKILLS:

• Final year student in Marketing/ Sales
• An outgoing personality and good communicator in the English language
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Ability to accurately record customer requirement information;
• Ability to establish friendly, professional , working relationship with our customers and co-workers
