We have a position available for a dynamic, results orientated and client centric specialist who will be based in our Head office in Bryanston. Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
Establishing positive relationships both internally and externally (E.g. Universities, Employment Agencies) to enable effective communication, networking and benchmarking opportunities,

Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HRBP’s to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs.

Manage the feedback loop to stakeholders: Keep the Hiring manager, HRBP and candidate informed with progress of recruitment initiatives in their respective businesses

Recruitment and Selection process

Manage compliance of the recruitment and selection process in regards to the relevant company policy and procedure

Effective delivery of the entire recruitment process (including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and placement of successful candidates),

Manage and negotiate the offer process and ensure that all relevant and required documentation and information is completed and signed off,

Provide professional recruitment support and advice to line and HRBP’s on recruitment and selection best practice and effective sourcing e.g. creative identification and utilization of alternative sourcing channels i.e. LinkedIn

Sourcing

Proactive identification and research to identify potential candidates in assigned functions in conjunction with relevant HRPB

Alignment with Hiring Manager and HRBP irt most effective Sourcing strategy relevant to a particular vacancy

Continuously analyse trends related to sourcing, recruitment methods and industry practice to ensuring the delivery of a superior, consistent candidate experience

Perform searches for qualified candidates, using a variety of sources i.e. networking, social media, recruiting firms, internet recruiting, and employee referrals

Actively network and generate talent pool and pipeline of talent and maintain the candidate database

Minimum Requirements

A relevant HR degree/diploma

Minimum of 5 years’ experience within FMCG recruitment environment with headhunter experience

Minimum 2 years in a Specialist Talent Acquisition Position within a Corporate environment

Drive for results through a strong sense of urgency

Experience in MS Office suite

Competency Based interviewing techniques

Knowledge

Knowledge of theories and methods associated with general HR Practice areas;

Knowledge of theories and methods associated with specialist recruitment practice areas;

Sound knowledge of legal aspects of HR (BCEA, LRA, EEA, etc.);

Knowledge of e-Recruitment systems and platforms

Recruitment Best Practice
