- Book Keeping Certificate or Equivalent

- 5+ years as Creditors Clerk
- 2+ years in high volume creditors
What the person must be able to do:
This role is in the Fabrication sector. All duties would take place in this context.
- Monthly invoicing – 1000 invoices
- Manage Creditors and Aging
- Keep track of creditor’s payment terms
- Payments and Recons
- Deal with late payments and keep creditors happy if there is a delay in payments
Key Job Deliverables:
- Process 1000+ invoices a month
- Creditors and Recons managed according to business cash-flow
- Supplier payments
Background work experience:
- 5+ years as Creditors Clerk
- 2+ years in high volume creditors
- Ability to use an accounting package like Pastel or Quick Books
- Book Keeping Certificate or Equivalent
- High Volume creditors environments 1000+ invoices a month
- Dealing with creditors when the company needs to delay payments
- Managing a large number of creditors with varying payment terms
- Fabrication Industry Creditors

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R 192 K to R 216 K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
