An opportunity exists within our company for a Behaviour Change Consultant to join our
Wellness Department.
Purpose:
ï° To provide telephonic health and behaviour change consulting services to EOH
clients
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
ï° To provide accurate health consulting advise to EOH clients
ï° Take responsibility for behaviour change campaigns
o Communication campaigns
o Onsite Campaigns
o Collection of event related data
ï° Provision of customised exercise programs
ï° Collation of data and reporting
ï° Constant support to, and communication with, the Client Relationship manager,
Project Manager and Divisional Head Skills and Experience:
Qualification and Experience
ï° Degree in Social Work
ï° SACSSP registration
ï° Wellness/life coaching experience an advantage
ï° Experience working in the wellness/health/fitness environment
ï° Experience working directly with clients
Knowledge and Skills:
ï° Good communicator – provides clear, concise written/verbal communications
ï° Punctuality and excellent time management
ï° Professional and presentable
ï° Good project management skills
ï° Ability and confidence to engage directly with clients
ï° Willingness to travel is a must (extensive travelling involved)
ï° Excellent attention to detail
ï° Team player – works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
ï° Openly communicates to the team
ï° Self-motivated
ï° Results driven – strives to make a difference; enjoys a challenge and working under
pressure to achieve the objective
ï° Own vehicle with a valid code 08 driver’s license
ï° Must be Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
