Job Purpose:
To plan, direct and manage the Training within Divisions to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain the learning functions of the learners. Manage Divisional Facilitators ensuring company policy and procedures are adhered too.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the North Divisional Facilitators ensuring training is delivered according to company objectives.
- To enable business to meet the business objectives of developing training according to BBBEE targets.
- Ensure successful completion of all training with division as per company norms.
- Ensure completion of all Learner administrative documents as per WRSeta/Lewis policies and procedures.
- Manage Divisions Learnerships ensuring successful completion thereof as per WRSeta requirements.
- Manage the entire administration, facilitation assessment process ensuring a successful external moderation within the period of the learnership agreement.
- Quality management of Learning Programmes.
- Compile and submit reports on Learner development and resources to Group L D Manager.
- Weekly/monthly statistics reporting.
- Ensure expenses and costs are carefully managed within the Company norms.
- Liase and build relationships with Internal external learning customers.
- Meet the business objectives of developing training according to BBBEE targets.
- Review processes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Assist with any additional projects as advised by the Group LD Manager
Job Requirements:Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Management / 3 years Management Experience
- 3 years’ experience in a Training Environment
- Qualification in HR or ETDP field
- Good planning, organizing, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Effective writing and speaking skills in English and another official SA language
- Facilitation, Assessor Moderator experience of at least 3 years
- Retail experience will be an advantage
- Must have a code 08 driving license and be willing to travel
