UBUHLE HR is looking for Freelance Facilitator/Assessor’s in the Umtata (Eastern Cape) area, with WR Seta Scope for the following: NC: Wholesale and Retail Operations NQF 2 ( SAQA ID 58206)
The appointed freelance Facilitator/Assessor’s will be responsible for facilitation and assessment of learnership programme for corporate clients.
Job Requirements:
WR Scope for ALL the unit standards within the qualification 1 year of professional classroom facilitation and assessor experience in a training capacity
- Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attentive to details
- Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning and prioritization
- Proven initiative, positive attitude, team oriented, self-motivated and highly enthusiastic
- Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport
- Committed to excellence, has strong work ethics and takes pride in their work
- Professional dress sense
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Facilitator/Assessor Accreditation and relevant qualifications in subject matter: Services Seta Scope
- MUST HAVE own vehicle and driver’s license. Employee will be required to travel in her / his own vehicle to client site in Umtata.
