The Sales Engineer, International is responsible for helping partners position and support OnBase in pre-sales activities including but not limited to demonstrations, Proof of Concepts, proposals, webinars and presentations to prospects and end users.
Responsibilities:
- Technically support the sales efforts of Hyland’s Account Managers and partners
- Identify and help minimize any technical impediments inhibiting sales
- Help partners understand how OnBase functionality can deliver more comprehensive solutions to prospects’ requirements
- Assist in the management of winning Proof of Concepts
- Work with headquarter support resources to identify answers to technical issues that arise in the field and ensure a timely transmission of answers to partners
- Stay current on OnBase training by participating in corporate training events as well as independent study
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Fluency in a second language if supporting a territory where English is not the primary language
- Experience supporting ECM and/or Enterprise solutions
- Must demonstrate high level of technical competency
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
