This position reports to the Finance Admin Manager who will give the following type of tasks for you to perform:
Invoicing administration
Compile personnel and accounting reports
Prepare employee contracts
Maintain files with supplier and client contracts
Maintain Health Safety records and information
Keep offices in good running order
Greet clients and guests if requested
Prepare written communications for internal and external use as directed
Arrange travel for Directors and Managers
Manage Outlook calendars for Directors and Managers
Other general office admin duties as directed
Skills You Need
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in using MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to learn fast and pick up new skills
