Marketing Coordinator Job profile
Reporting to the CEO’s Office
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing and public relations plans for the organisation
Job Duties Responsibilities
Planning, implementation and follow-up on all marketing plans for special events and all arts productions
Working with the publicity to ensure organisation’s events and productions target and reach the correct audience
Develop and implement marketing plans and materials.
Monitors the marketing budgets.
Maintain and broaden social networking to benefit the organization.
Establish and expand merchandise opportunities.
Assist in other fundraising programs where assigned
Set up and manage a tracking systems for all Marketing Campaigns and Events
Evaluates the success of all marketing campaigns and the performance of events
Recommends better ways to attract more audiences
Requirements
- 3 years relevant Marketing and Admin experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Driver’s license
- Knowledge of the media industry and market
- Customer services experience
- Strong Project Management and co-ordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
