Customer Service Host – Calling all graduates

My client is looking for vibrant, driven, ambitious and passionate people to work in a Customer Service environment. Are you a graduate looking for international experience or previous work experience within a Customer service environment and looking for an energetic environment then this job is for you.

· National Diploma or degree

· Related work experience within a customer service environment

· Responsible for responding to customer queries by voice, email and live chats.

· Inbound and Outbound calls in a multimedia environment.

Must be willing to work shifts and have reliable transport

Must be fluent in English (verbal and written)

Shift work on rotation:

· 7 am – 3 pm

· 3 pm – 11 pm

· 11 pm – 7 am

Or

· 6 am – 2 pm

· 2 pm – 10 pm

· 10 pm – 6 am

Salary: R10 000 – R13 000
