Sanlam Private Wealth
Sanlam Private Wealth is a cluster within Sanlam Investments and is a specialised investment house that manages assets for High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) private individuals, cultural organisations, charitable institutions and similar entities with investable assets of more than R1 million. We have the necessary capabilities and systems to provide a wide range of investment services, including domestic and offshore investment portfolios, stockbroking and allied services.

Position Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients and business users with day- to-day Secure Portal / Web related queries
- Manage the registration of new users (loading AR and Proxy on Secure Web Console)
- Test new version releases/enhancements
- Log calls and manage calls / queries with Secure services and follow up on resolution
- Co-ordinate Change Control for new users
- Document support processes
- Continuously improve business processes
- Facilitate branch and client new user process and support business
Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrated abilities to work independently as well as in a team
- Experience in an in the private client business and the stockbroking environment will be an advantage.
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Application / Information Technology knowledge will be an advantage
