Conducts informative and professional tasting for high-profile brands and connected customers.

Oversee activities at the Annual Whisky Festival

Increasing sales levels for the brand

Promote brand at bulk retail store

Seasonal attendance at bulk stores and acts as brand advisor

Communicate with targeted consumers

Up-to-date database of prospects obtained from events attended, leads and collecting from premium clubs

Up-to-date database of tasting attendees

Consumers receiving email invitations, SMS reminders and thank-you notes

Minimum 40 calls per day to connectors, trend creators, early-adopters to invite to tastings

Minimum four brand tastings per week

Minimum 25 people per tastings

Facilitate sales from corporate gifting (July – September)

Suppliers and corporates contacted to drive sales

Cooperation with retailers to assist their corporate gifting efforts

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Educational Requirements and Work Experience:
Tertiary qualification required: Bachelor’s degree i.e. BA; BComm; B-Tech (preferably in marketing)
Fluent in at least 3 South African Languages
Must display past leadership skills and capabilities.
Must be up to date with local and international trends.
Must have a valid driver’s licence
