Sustain the growth of the company by
Establish and cultivate a working relationship with the local burial societies and communities.
Establish and cultivate a relationship with all the stakeholders e.g. Pastors churches, community leaders, traditional leaders in rural areas.
Establish a healthy working relationship that is above board with government mortuaries, municipalities, cemetery managers and hospitals.
Come up with cost effective advertising and promotion for the branch
To insist and pursue the excellence of services for the branch.
Support Functions
To assist the ABDM to execute the roll out strategy within his her branch.
Ensure that the branches are getting adequate support from the Regional Operations Support in all divisions fleet, reports, IT, etc..
Responsible to identify the skills gap in his her branch and ask the ABDM to facilitate training where its needed.
To ensure that quality of service provided to our clients is of good standard and in line with the company strategy.
To ensure adequate product knowledge

Measuring the performance of the branch staff as per the performance contract and company policies.

Candidate Profile
Should be someone with experience in Funeral industry and Insurance Preferably
Someone familiar with the corporate environment.
Familiar with the basic Management Principles
Have love of working with people.
Management Responsibilities
Will be reporting to ABDM.
Supervisoring branch staff.
Work with the branch staff to achieve set targets for the funeral homes.
Will be involved in training and exposing branch staff to the Company Policies and Procedures.
Ensure the branch compliance.
Compile and submit accurate reports to head office on weekly monthly as per report procedures.
Responsible for ordering and receiving of stock as per the procurement policies and procedures.
Ensure that our display rooms have a full range of stock at all times.
Responsible for recruitment of branch staff in conjunction with the ABDM.
Managing and controlling costs of the respective branch as per the set budget.
Will report to ABDM informing him of any equipment that needs to be replaced or fixed.
