A well known Department Company in Pretoria is looking for Candidates to fill the position of a Project Coordinator.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work in conjunction with project leaders to produce documentary deliverables including user manuals.
? Capturing and documentation and IFG configuration items.
? Documentation and maintenance of Local Government database of bylaws on the IJS Portal.
? Collection, control, reformatting and compilation of IJS reports with Subprogramme Manager.
? Compilation and distribution of minutes of various forums (ISCCJ, PMF, ASC etc)
? QA of documents placed on IJS Portal.
Timesheet collection and archiving.
? Administration of all the stationary and printer consumables required by the IJS Transversal SubProgramme.
Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:
National Diploma
Minimum Certification:
? Certification/Training in Project Management / Administration
Minimum Experience:
? 2+ years of experience in a Project Management environment.
? 2+ years in experience in Project Management tools e.g. MS Project and Collaborative tools such as EPM / PPO
? Some knowledge of Project Management Office processes
